My quotes & orders
Your quotes, your trailers on order and the week each one is planned to start, and what's been delivered. Click one to open it. Trailers start in the order they were ordered, a few each week, so a week can move if the line runs behind.
Import
Signed Warranty Registration Forms (scans, PDFs or phone photos): Quote Pro reads each one, finds the trailer by its Tag # (the sales order #), VIN or customer, and files it on that trailer as its warranty sheet. Check the trailer it picked before you save.
Warranty sheets already in
Orders that came over from the order sheet have only a model code and size. Bring in their options from the signed quote sheet (the PDFs in Documents\Quotes, named by sales order #): Quote Pro reads the sheet, you check it beside the PDF, and the order gets its full options, so its Work Order, inspection sheet and layout drawing work. Its dates, invoice and paid info stay as they are; the price on the signed sheet is saved once you tick that you checked it.

Settings
Appearance and the quote screen are saved on this computer or phone only, so each device can have its own.
Price list
Edit the New column. Nothing changes on quotes until you publish. Changes of 10% or more are flagged in red.
"Sells for" is the price after markup, where the workbook shows one. Rows tagged "not used" are not read by any quote and are hidden to start with.
Fishbowl costs
Match each price-list item to its Fishbowl part once. Then, every month, upload new exports and use Load Fishbowl costs on the Prices screen. Assemblies use the BOM report cost (components × average cost); plain parts use average cost.

Options
Added with the wizard
New options and new dropdown choices. They show up for the models you pick, and their prices go on the price list.
Options on the quote
Pick a model, then Edit any option to rename it or its choices, hide choices, turn it off for that model, or copy a choice another model has (it keeps the same price).
